Please keep praying for the country of Thailand. Keep reading up on the news and lifting this country up during your prayer times to the Lord. Our life here goes on as usual in some ways, yet our hearts are heavier. I think about the people in the Bible who felt a Godly sorrow while those on Earth were not following the Lord. Though the airports are closed, the prime minister is stationed far from Bangkok, and the protestors are demonstrating hate toward one another, God is using this time to proclaim his name among the nations and show everyone they are a people who are in desperation without the Hope of God.
"The nations rage, the kingdoms totter;
he utters his voice; the earth melts...
The LORD of hosts is with us;
the God of Jacob is our fortress.
Come, behold the works of the LORD,
how he has brought desolations on the earth.
He makes wars cease to the end of the earth;
he breaks the bow and shatters the spear;
he burns the chariots with fire.
